My research combines computational chemistry and NMR spectroscopy to identify new anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs. The main target in study are jmjd3, dnmt3l, PXR, mPGES-1, COXs, LOXs. After a preliminary step involving molecular docking, Virtual Screening, combinatorial chemistry, and molecular dynamics, lead compounds are tested both with cell-free and in vitro assays.
